August 16, 2009I've Got Bats in the Belfry; I'm in the Kitchen Boiling SocietyI'm just sitting here listening to Christie Road by Green Day. I haven't listened to this song since I was 12. Stuff's happened this past week, I guess. More plans have been dropped than have been made, I will say that. Last night was interesting. I watched The Boy in the Striped Pajamas with Alex, Lauren, and my parents. Its a Holocaust movie. I won't spoil it, but I'll tell you that the end is as depressing as you can expect from a Holocaust movie. I had to watch Ratatouille afterwards to attempt to get my spirits up.. However "events" later in the evening proved that I might as well just give up on that. On a lighter note, who saw the Degrassi movie?? [not expecting replies] I liked it, I thought it was cute. Theres was less action then I thought, but still good. Audrey Kitching's yard sale is on the 22nd. I don't think I can go. I have to go to Jersey on that day, as well, ironically. But its to visit family. Blah. The joys of my mom's scheduling. Today I went to Jo-Ann's Fabics and Crafts. I actually needed to get a lot of stuff, but I don't have a lot of money at the moment, and I'm attempting to save it to buy new jewelry and such for school. We're painting the extra bedroom in my house. I get to help pick the color. Hello sea greenish blue paint! Hopefully.. ..There's a fly flying around my head. Its going to regret it in a second..
And hereee is this attractive photo of me and Beau Bokan. ;P xxxLucy

August 8, 2009One cup of coffee and a cigarette.Hello lovies! I'm not diggin' the whole party 'til you pass out, drink 'til your dead scene. It's actually scaring me quite a lot. Why would you want to be so trashed that you can't remember what happened and if you did something with someone that you will regret? I used to think that well hey, getting drunk once and a while with friends isn't so bad (dad, if you read, I've never been drunk nor ever had an alcohol ever) but after I heard that some of my close friends had and they did dome really stupid things, it seems really scary to me now. Can't you just be sober and drug free and have fun at the same time? It's quite possible, I've done it all the time. It's really ashame that people can't just enjoy life with out smoking up every day and drink until they puke their guts out. I just lose a lot of respect for you. One a diffrent note now, Lucy and I had a great time at the August Burns Red concert at the Chameleon Club. I just about peed my pants when I spotted Beau Bokan (lead singer of Blessthefall) watching another band and who was like 10 feet from us. We were on the second level so we were spared from the mosh pits and wall of death. But we weren't spared from the heat, humidity, and gross sweaty people bumping into us.. It's REALLy gross when you are getting wet from other people's sweat. But I got a Blessthefall tee shirt while August Burns Red was playing and a poster. When the show was over, I got them signed by 3 out of the 5 people in the band and I got hugs from all of them. I was super syked when I got to hug and talk to Beau <3 Haha, I have the biggest crush on him and I'm sure at one point, Lucy must have wanted to hit me and just yell "ASHLEY, CHILL OUT. It's just Beau.." So all in all, a good night.
I'm currently listening to the 60's station on my radio on itunes. I've really been into the 60's these past couple of months. My mom said I should have been a child of the 60's. I think it was an interesting time. Well I'm going to attempt to fix my phone charms. What's you favorite era and why?
