MTV tool Bam Margera's uncle Vincent "Don Vito" Margera has been convicted of sexual assault on a child. Margera flopped and wailed: "Kill me now. I can't spend my (expletive) life in prison." Is there a punishment that better fits his crime?

MTV superstar Vincent 'Don Vito' Margera is on trial for sexual assault, charged with urinating in his pants and sexually groping a 14-year-old and two 12-year-old girls. Margera's lawyer insists that "the behavior ... was done ... to get a laugh." If an obese, pee-soaked bum groped your breasts and buttocks, would it be okay if he was just kidding?
