This video is a tribute to Arthur Encinas. A man who touched many lives; more than I think he even knew. He was a great person who encouraged people to follow there dreams and do what they want with their lives while they still had the chance. He was FANTASTIC to say the least.
Art you will be missed by many people in this world. Your huge heart gave love and strength to all whom you came in contact with. You were a soul taken much to early. We all Love and Miss you.
