Since a lot of you have been asking me for eyebrow tweezing tips, this round of ScarletMadeline's Mastermind we are looking at Rihanna, Hayden Panettiere and Angelina Jolie's eyebrows. Signature Red Lips:

Gwen Stefani's been touting all kinds of styles since she got in with No Doubt. Lately she's been sticking with black cat eyes, platinum locks, and her now signature red lips.

Kat Von D is the the tattooed pinup queen. While her lips in this picture are an orangey-red, her signature has long been a sultry dark red.

*Pinup trick: Instead of using your pencil only to outline, fill in your lips with it except for the middle. Dab in the lipstick, and add a little gloss in the middle as well for plumper looking lips! I recommend Bare Escentuals Buxom Lips in Krystal or Betty.

 

Signature Cat Eyes:

 

Say what you like, Angelina Jolie is always, always in tiny cat eye's when she goes out out. Perfectly sultry, expecially paired with full dark lashes.

 

Maybe not the one that launched it into the mainstream (that was earlier), Brigitte Bardot has definitely become one with her eyeliner! I have never seen a picture of her without it (indeed, if you find one, let me know).

Lady Gaga may be into a futuristic hyper-glam look, but her look has it's origins in the swingin' sixties. So does her love of giant fluttery lashes.

They say a picture is worth 1000 words, and I know for a fact that these three could easily fetch 4000 on the open market, but after I'm done with them, you'll be lucky if you can pawn them for 75 words apiece. This week lets look at the real boys to men, A.C Slater and Zack Morris, as well as the most gossiped about rivals right now, Angelina Jolie and Megan Fox. Analyze this ...

In the midst of all these origin stories and reboots popping up in 2009, *ahem X-Men, Star Trek, and Terminator*, and a QOTD on Hollywood remakes (will they EVER stop?!), I caught wind of a newest addition to the Tomb Raider movie franchise.

In an interview, producer Dan Lin (to whom we owe the latest Terminator Salvation and has a resume of other existing franchises) has confirmed that a Lara Croft origin story is in the works, he also expressed that there is no intention to include Angelina Jolie, the original star of the first two movies. No Angelina since they're looking at a younger Lara. In addition, Lin promises that this movie is more character driven and more "realistic than the first two Lara Croft movies."

Oh no! No Angie?!

So who can we expect to see? The rumor mill has cited Transformers star and buzzing hottie Megan Fox as the forerunner in the casting race, but nothing has been confirmed from either party and Megan's spokespeople have denied it.

I can see it...

Is it just my eyes deceiving me or did someone deflate Anne Hathaway since Princess Diaries?
Despite the fact that this dress makes her look a zillion feet tall - its not all that profound...


Im of the honest belief that Beyonce sets out to maximize the visual size of her arse.
This dress looks like Christmas spewed on valentines day. No offence...


 This dress is pretty. I really like the earrings.
However, I dont like Angelina and the dress is nothing groundbreaking for her.


I despise the colour of this dress but the style is quite pretty
Its a shame Natalie doesnt have a very shapely figure to fill it out, but she looks nice.


I dont dislike this dress, the accessories are good.
But to me, it kinda just looks like she hacked away at her 2008 Oscars dress with dodgy scissors.


This outfit is a bit disappointing, from someone who I believe has great style.

Truthfully, I wasnt too impressed by majority of the dresses worn by the stars to the Oscars this year, as you can probably tell...

Oh my gossssh. I just watched Changeling. Let me tell you, that is probably the best movie that I've ever seen. Angelina is the best actress. They did such a great job on it! I'm totally impressed and I feel like calling everyone I know and telling them about it =D After I watched it I did some research on the real Christine Collins. It's such a sad story..

And another good movie is Fireproof! I watched it wednesday with my youth group. Such a sweet love story. I cried through almost the whole thing, haha. It was fantastic!

Anyway, how has everyone been lately? It's been quite a while since I've posted a journal. Saturday I woke up at 7 PM, stayed up until 2 PM Sunday evening, then woke up at 3 AM this morning.. haha. I don't know what I'll do next. It's 11 AM.. maybe I'll go lay down for a while.

Today me and my family are supposed to go visit my step-grandma for her birthday. But there's lots of snow, so I don't know if we will. It's crazy... At around midnight saturday there was no snow at all. Then at probably 2 AM the ground was already covered. There wasn't any school today, so YAY! for public school kids, haha.

Well, I just wanted to post a quick journal.

It has been heard that Warner Bros. are going to relaunch the movie franchise "Lara Croft: Tomb Raider" without Angelina Jolie. No one has been cast yet :)
