Hey what's up guys,
We're out here in Colorado Springs, Colorado getting ready for our show tonight at The Black Sheep. The "You'd Be Cuter In A Coffin" Tour has been crazy so far, we're bummed that there are only a few dates left. The good news is that we're announcing our next U.S. headlining tour today along with our UK tour! Starting February 13, we're going on a nationwide tour with A Skylit Drive, Of Mice&Men, The Word Alive and We Came As Romans. The tour is titled, "The Emptiness" Tour in celebration of our upcoming album. Tickets will be available for pre-sale Wednesday, December 16, and will go on sale Friday, December 18, so if you didn't get to see us this past tour, be sure to check the dates below to see when we're playing a show near you.

Then, about a month after we finish our U.S. tour, we jump on a plane to the U.K. to play about 25 shows with A Skylit Drive, Emarosa and Bury Tomorrow. We can't wait to get back to the UK to see all our international fans, and we hope you can all make it out to one of the shows.

First Entry!! Yay.

Alright, so thanksgiving is over so I definitely need to get back to eating healthy and working out more. Cross Country ended about two or so weeks ago, and I just feel like a bum because I haven't moved until yesterday but yesterday kind of made up for it. I did 30 hardcore vigorous minutes on the eliptical, rockin' to some of my favortite "In The Zone" music like System Of A Down, Asking Alexandria, and a few more that I'll post below. However, I do admit my hardcore choices caused me to headbang into the handles of the eliptical...namely Texas In July. Owch, but worth it. Hah. Then I did about 7 minutes on the eliptical with a free weight (3 pounds because it was all I could find, else I'd probably do more.) in my right hand doing motions with that. Then I switched to the left for 7 more minutes. I know it was only 3 pounds but you can feel it after a little while. Yeah, it was nice and I feel powerful today.

My Workout Playlist:

1. "Reptar King Of The Ozone" - The Devil Wears Prada
2. "Tiliting The Hourglass" - Alesana
3. "Cigaro" - System Of A Down
4. "Hook, Line, And Sinner" - Texas In July
5. "Candlelit Dinners With Inamorta" - Asking Alexandria
6. "I-E-A-O-A-I-O" - System of A Down
7. "Ambrosia" - Alesana
8. "You're Gonna Go Far, Kid" - The Offspring
9. "Chelsea Smile" - Bring Me The Horizon
10. "Love Rhymes With Fuck You" - Jeffree Star
11. "I Was Once, Possibly, Maybe Perhaps A King." - Asking Alexandria

Oh And if you haven't already joined the infection...

Okay, so my friends and I have been OBSESSED with Asking Alexandria. A few of my good buddies got to go see them play with Alesana (our favorite band) down at Allentown (I missed it and they won't let me forget it!). (However, to get the story straight, the guys who went and i were obsessed before they got to see them live.) They were apparently unbelievable, they introduced us all to some of the songs before the concert, and basically my entire group of friends has been under their spell ever since. Check them out! I promise you won't be dissapointed. Some good songs of theirs to check out: "Candlelit Dinners With Inamorta" and "Hey There, Mr. Brooks" which features Shawn Milke of Alesana.

WITH LOVE,

- Gabby

New Song "To Be Scared By An Owl"

Ladies and gentlemen, boys and girls, the time has come! We have released the first song from our upcoming story “The Emptiness”.  The song is called “To Be Scared By An Owl” and we are so excited to finally be giving you the next piece, the next taste of our saga.  You can check it our right now on our Myspace page. The song featured is the tenth chapter of our story and draws its title from the turn of the century phrase “I live too near a wood to be scared by an owl” which was a way of describing someone to be fearless in a given situation.  The song can be purchased right now on iTunes so please go check it out.  We hope you love the song as much as we do and we cannot wait to share the rest of our adventure with all of you!

xoxo shawn
