Here's the thing about being vegan: It can be pretty shitty to be in in places where your diet is a problem, but that's also precisely why it rules. Because when you finally get good food, it's the best thing ever. Ian and I barely ate in Tulsa, Oklahoma and only once in St. Louis. We found a vegan-friendly joint on my VegOut app that was less than a mile from the venue called Eden's Alley. It's inside a unitarian church and is bright and spacious. I was initially intimidated until the food arrived, including this delicious green tea.
