366 Blog and Journals

Well I did it. I think it was worth it. I’m glad that I set out a goal and accomplished it. It came out a bit different then I originally thought it would be, but I’m also pleasantly surprised at my drawing skills. I’ve always been more of a photographer rather than a drawer or painter. It has inspired me to sketch a bit more. I hope I can keep it up a bit and not totally stop doing it. So now I have to wonder what this new year will bring. I think this one is going to be a busy one. Resolution wise I think I’d be happy with figuring out my “Artist Statement” and getting some of my personal work moving in the right direction. I worry that it might be a bit too vague but I hope I can keep it like I did my 366 project. Hopefully I’ll have some support on this one. Wish me luck.
