People with gifts make it seem so easy, I know though that you probably put mountains of time in playing maybe have even played all of your life. If I had a coffee house or when I open one I would love to bring you there and you could play for people if that is what you would like to do. I have not been to such a place for many years but when I was I loved the musicians and the stories they told with their music, in other words they spoke volumes in cadences of song from what they performed (performed in a good way-from their hearts, is what I mean). Once I saw Holly Near and she signed my friends program with the words 'Eloquent Spring' she had come up to Santa Barbara to do prison ministry or something like that.
my sister made out with matt costa a week ago :S weird isnt it

What You Should Know

The hep SoCal troubadour didn't set out to become a singer/songwriter – he was a skater in his youth and almost went pro. A devastating skateboarding accident changed all that, though, and Costa spent his time in rehab putting to tape rough demos on a four-track. Some of those recordings made their way to one Tom Dumont, No Doubt guitarist, and he was so impressed that he produced an EP, Songs We Sing, that he and Costa distributed on their own. Jack Johnson caught wind of the EP and re-released it after signing Costa to his own label, Brushfire Recordings. Costa followed up that 2006 reissue two years later with his debut full-length, Unfamiliar Faces.
