What You Should Know
Everest started their climb toward the spotlight a few years back, when members of Los Angeles underground acts Earlimart, Folk Implosion and Great Northern joined forces to create a new Tinseltown troupe. The indie-rock quintet recorded their debut, 2008's Ghost Notes, with Foo Fighters collaborator Mike Terry, but they also have a friend in Neil Young, whose Vapor Records the Los Angeles indie-rockers call home.
