Warped Tour '08: Roll Call - and Dos and Don'ts!The Warped Tour is seriously right around the corner now, and guess what?! I'll be on some of the tour!!! I'm kind of totally excited.

In your list of "Dos and Donts" you should add to bring a sharpie or two, incase you meet some band members. There's nothing worse then having pen rub off, or worse...not having anything at all.

DON'T come up to every booth asking for a map or directions. There is no map and there will never be a map. It's a touring festival which means new venues everyday. The staff and crew does not walk around and make not of whereeach booth is. Walk and go find it.
DO realize that if you act like an asshole...enough said.
DON'T get pissed off and get an attitude because we don't have a map or know where your favorite band's merch is.
DO make sure you find the FIRST-AID. It's usually in-between both of the main stages. If they are farther apart it will be at either or.
DO get there early for all the best FREE stuff.
DON'T make or buy fake passes from scalpers/ebay. You will get caught and you will get thrown out. In the end you get screwed.
DO tip your fellow merchies. Remember these folks are out there from 7am til the end of the show working their butts off.
DON'T steal from any of the vendors or merch booths. You'll get thrown out and be humiliated. TRUST ME.
DO walk around sponsor world and write down all the signing times for every booth you come by. You don't want to miss your favorite band signing because you just didn't know.

I'm going to 8.1 Milwaukee and 8.2 Chicago...possibly 7.31 Indianapolis.
You know what is awful? The ONE week I am on vacation this summer is when Warped Tour comes to New England. So I have to drive 4 and a half hours to go to Warped.
I'm going to the August 2nd Chicago date. It's going to be my first "Warped experience" and I'm incredibly exited!
