Some of 'TRL's Finest to Return For Final Episode on November 16

After 10 beautiful years on the air, "TRL" is saying goodbye ... and wait until you hear what "TRL" veterans are scheduled to see the show off on November 16.

First of all, Carson Daly is co-hosting the event with current "TRL" host Damien Fahey. While Daly has remained relevant in the mainstream with his late-night show (does anyone actually watch it?) "Last Call With Carson Daly," it's no secret that most of the show's success was a result of Daly's skills behind the mic. In fact, Daly deserves to be at the final episode for the mere fact that he hosted "TRL" from 1998-2003 (and "MTV Live," the 'original' version of "TRL" from 1997-1998)!

If you are old enough to remember "TRL" in 1998, you will literally fall over in excitement to hear that the tall-haired and all-around-wild ex-"TRL" VJ, Jesse Camp, will be back for the final jaunt! In '98 Camp took second place to Dave Holmes (who will also be on tap on the 16th) in MTV's first "Wanna Be a VJ" contest, but both ended up becoming hosts of the show. Camp has been M.I.A. for the past few years, so it will be great to see what he is up to (and what the heck he looks like!)

Sooooo who else will be on "TRL"'s final episode this November 16 at 8 p.m. PT on MTV? MTV recently revealed that ex-hosts La La Vasquez and Hilary Burton will be there, along with Diddy, Snoop Dogg, Mariah Carey, Taylor Swift, Fred Durst and members of Korn and Good Charlotte. And 50 Cent, Fall Out Boy and Beyonce will be peforming too ... but I know that you truly only care that Backstreet Boys will be there singing as well!

You can't deny the impact "TRL" has made on the music industry and you also can't deny that you've watched it at least once in your life ... so share some of your favorite "TRL" memories in the comments. Woooo!!!

Yay Jesse! I loved him.

And heck yes! BSB baby! haha. I remember watching TRL when I younger just because of them, and Hanson lol.
Sad it's over. Although, I think for me TRL has been over for a while. It just not the same anymore, but I think I'll tune into the final, just too see all the vj's I grew up watching.

it kinda makes me sad... i used to watch TRL almost everyday, well i would be just in time for the number 1 video after school... since i was 8? crap. well not like its been big in my life lately, still kinda sucks...

it will be crazy that Carson Daily will be on there. i will always see him as the guy who interviewed eminem and retired the blink video.... oh the memories...

JESSE CAMP!!!! ♥ I miss him!

As others have posted...I haven't watched the show in many years, but it's still sad to hear that it's leaving. Heck...I thought it was sad when I saw it recently and Carson was MIA!

Best memory: That day people banded together to vote NKOTB - Hangin' Tough to #1. Oh, and the Bum Bum Song making the charts.

I think MTV as a whole is losing its relevance now. Even in the 90s, it wasn't that music-focused...I'd only tune in for TRL, and a few other MIA shows like Daria and Sifl & Olly. VH1 had much better quality music programming - another channel that's gone sadly downhill, to the point I no longer watch either (or TV in general, really).

Without TRL...can MTV even justify the "M" anymore? It seems as though it's become a haven for prank shows and cheesy drama.

I don't think it can, well actually they have music videos on from like 2 am to 5 am...

On a side note: I am surprised it is being canceled it can't have that bad of ratings. Though, I think if they didn't have it on at like 9 am here it would be watched more amongst its target audience.

I haven't ever really been into the show.
I've watched it a few times recently because some of my favorite bands have gone mainstream and made appearances.

However, I do find it kind of sad that it's ending.
Even if you don't watch it..it's just like a big part of life and a HUGE part of mainstream music culture.
