Teen Disney star Selena Gomez has been attached to star in the upcoming film, What Boys Want, which " centers on a teenage girl who can hear what men are thinking."

Hmm, why does this title and summary sound so familiar?

Oh right. Because it's a total rip-off.

Why why why can't anyone come up with an original idea anymore? Or at the very least, make your rip-off a little more subtle. Zac Efron's Seventeen Again and Jennifer Garner's 13 Going On 30 both got a lot of flack for ripping off Big, but at least they switched it up a little. Zac Efron's character goes from old to young instead of Tom Hank's young to old, and Jennifer Garner's character more travels through time than grows up fast.

But this? They didn't even bother changing up the title!

Judging by the star, and the title's use of the word "boys" over "men," I have a feeling the minds read will be mostly teenage boys'. And do we really want to know what teenage boys are thinking? That is dangerous territory my friends. Also judging by the star and title, I'm going to go ahead and guess this movie will be aimed at a younger crowd. Meaning it will be PG, PG -13 tops. But who are you kidding? A movie about the thoughts in teenage boys' heads rated anything less than R certainly cannot be believable.
