Musical Tattoos?

And lets not forget my debate on the one that I want in memorium of my grandparents with the couple from the My Chemical Romance 'Three Cheers for Sweet Revenge' albm, with the writing above them to be 'the original demolition lovers' and underneath "we'll meet again when both our cars collide" am i lame?

That's how I feel about it too. I mean, for one, the prime suicide spot. Then two, when your depressed, you usually hang your head in your hands. Your wrists are pretty much at eye-level.

	joromime: 05/17/2007 5:05 PM I'd get a tattoo of meaningful song lyrics. I have a couple in mind, but I'd get annoyed... imagine standing in line at the supermarket and people are trying to read words on your body. I hate when people stare at me...so its not a good idea.
	kymeeee: 05/18/2007 5:51 AM Ive loved lyric tattoos forever, and I can remember telling my parents I was going to get a few lines from Led Zepplins song "Stairway to Heaven" especially the line "shes buying the stairway to heaven" when I was like 7, and that it was going to be around my wrist. They thought it was hilarious but Im still planning on getting it 11 years later.

	unsceneunheard: 05/25/2007 10:49 AM well i already have a couple of lyrical tattoos, idk i think when they hold some significant meaning to you its all that matters - it would be the same as taking an extract from prose or poetry - nothing is 100% original these days. it has to come from somewhere, right? what does get annoying is when people get 'competitive' with their tattoos. or get something on a whim. personally i think band related works have to be carefully considered.
