Coheed and Cambria Add Four More Dates to NEVERENDER EventFans went crazy last month when Coheed and Cambria announced plans to perform all four records, four nights in a row, in both Los Angeles and New York City. Time to flip out again ... the band is going to do this in Chicago and London as well.
![]() VIP tickets for the Chicago shows, taking place between October 28-31 in Chicago, Illinois, at Riviera Theater, are on sale now through the band's fan club and will cost you $124. What comes with this VIP ticket you ask? According to the band's Web site, you will have tickets to all four nights, a VIP laminate, entry to a VIP-only acoustic performance on the 31st, meet-and-greets with the band and early entry to the shows. Not a band freakin' deal at all! If you aren't a member of the Coheed and Cambria fan club, you can purchase your tickets for the shows on Saturday at 10 a.m. A four-night pack presale will be taking place on Friday at 10 a.m. in case you are planning to go to all four of them. Venues and dates for the London shows will be announced tomorrow ... so don't go to sleep! The first-time event, dubbed NEVERENDER, "came about because the band wanted to celebrate the end of the Coheed and Cambria saga in a special way (the four albums work together to tell the story of Coheed and Cambria Kilgannon and their family titled The Amory Wars)," singer Claudio Sanchez revealed in a recent press release. Sanchez goes into much detail, describing the band's excitement towards the event, stating: "We wanted to come up with an idea that paid proper respect to this phase of our career, while at the same time gave our fans something truly unique and different. Many of these songs have never been played in front of an audience before so I think we're going to be freaking out at the same time out fans are. It's going to be a major challenge. We're psyched our fans have been so lylan amd amazing. We figured they deserved this." Fans of Coheed should be thrilled to hear that the band has begun work on its fifth full-length and prequel to the Amory Wars. "Interestingly enough, us going over all the old material seems to be influencing our writing of the next record, which we're sort of doing simultaneously," Sanchez explained.
