 According to AFP, an 18-year-old male from France had been cruising chatrooms and convincing 11 to 17-year-olds that he was, in fact, the Tokio Hotel singer ... and he wanted sexy pics. Once he received the pics, he would post them on the Internet for all to see (*cough* child pornography). The wannabe-Bill Kaulitz was arrested on Tuesday and is currently awaiting his trial. Meanwhile, it is unclear whether the nude pictures of the minors have been removed from the Web. Tokio Hotel has received a 2008 MTV Video Music Awards nomination for the song "Ready, Set, Go!" (Best Pop Video) thanks to online voting from their die-hard fans. Idolator recently suggested that since MTV is hoping for big ratings with this award show (and the equally-as-popular-on-the-Internet Jonas Brothers will be performing at the event), perhaps a staged "wrestling match" is in the works ... It's not. And, any girl should think twice (and then some) about sending any sort of "provocative" or "scandalous" (let alone nude) photo of themselves to someone. Especially over the internet. Once something is online, it's immortalized. Anyone with access to that file can save it on their computer, make copies, send e-mails, etc., etc.
And, these girls should not have sent photos or have had any sort of sexually-inclined relations with a stranger, "famous" or not. Obviously, they were duped, and sent these photos to an imposter and a pedophile. This should be a lesson to the girls involved, and girls on the internet chatting up complete strangers and people they believe to be famous.
i would be disgusted even IF it was the real bill kaulitz.
