A Cursive Memory Reveal Their Remedy For the Common Crowd Heckler![]() IRVINE, California — Buzznet caught up with hysterical boys A Cursive Memory over the weekend to find the true meaning of Bamboozle. We learned about an encounter with an unhappy crowd member, their future-rider demands and more. (Watch the video for the full interview with A Cursive Memory.) The guys discussed the weirdest thing they've seen in a crowd while performing - and it wasn't flashers, a mosh pit, or two dudes in a pirate ship. What they got instead was a guy in the crowd flicking them off from the very start of their set. Lucky for A Cursive Memory, they have friends in high places to handle these situations. "Our friend Nash from Armor for Sleep walks right up behind him and goes, you wanna put your middle finger down right now," explained singer Colin Baylen. (See the group's re-enactment in the video here.) When asked to define Bamboozle, the guys thought long and hard about their response. "Like Bam Margera with like an uzi," guitarist Shawn Profeta explained. "Well if you look at the logo, it has like two clowns and two wrenches. It’s deep symbolism for don’t f--- around with a clown with monkey wrenches," bassist/keyboardist Mark Borst suggested. Baylen had a more simple response — "Shoot Bambi, then it’ll, like, ooze blood." A Cursive Memory is heading out on tour this month with The Medic Droid. The guys revealed that they have some ideas for their next music video but are currently focused on their celebrity-filled "Everything" video that is currently up for voting on "TRL." And as for high demands from the band once they hit the big time — red chocolate skittles! Check out video interviews from Bamboozle Left with Automatic Loveletter, Jimmy Eat World and Chiodos.
