Demi Lovato Gushes Over Her Crushes, Discusses New Songs

I almost forgot that Demi Lovato was one of Bamboozle's performers this past weekend (I have a No Doubt one-track mind, what can I say?), but Buzznet member Kari Culver got a little sit down time with the girl.

 

Curious to know what song on her new album will have the William Beckett magic? Demi names it in this interview, so get your pencils out and junk.

She also gushes about her Twitter-buddy John Mayer, how her new songs will be more uplifting, and what shows she would go see this summer if she wasn't going on tour herself. Points for saying No Doubt and Paramore!

I don't like her music, I'm sure she's a sweet person, but I am happy she's not doing Disney crap anymore.
They ruin actors, actresses, and musicians alike. =)

Really? Because Whoopi Goldberg was in a Disney movie, and she's doing fine.
Johnny Depp was in three of them.
Bette Midler.
Demi Moore.
Matthew Broderick.

I think she's got a decent voice. Have you guys heard the best version of Don't Forget? It's on youtube, it's amazing, with all kinds of harmony added to it! Just search for "harmonyaddict" and you'll find it!

Well I meant actually starting off with Disney like some child stars do. I'm just saying that she broke from it early and didn't stick with it. That's all. I'm sorry if I offended anyone. =)
And you're right about Whoopi, Johnny, and the others. I completely forgot they were in Disney movies. I didn't really care much for the Pirates sequels, but the first was alright.
