How do i put a layout on my profile??

i just made a buzznet and i dont know what im really doing...
so first of all, how do you put a layout on your buzznet?????/

Dashboard >>> My look >>> under this you will find a choice of Page Theme, Custom Colors, Profile Photo, and Default Layout. All of these things can be used to customise the look of your Buzznet page.
