Go to the person's page & click on the -Friend button; this will totally remove them as a friend.

or

Dashboard >>> Manage Friends >>>> The click in the X of all the people you want to remove. The down side of this method is they are still linked to you.

Also both methods will not remove Buzznet Staff.
