Gym Class Heroes Love To Make People Feel "Awkward"
Check out our exclusive interview with Eric Roberts and Disashi Lumumba-Kasongo of Gym Class Heroes at the Uniondale, NY VANS Warped Tour Date.
Gym Class Heroes aren't newbies to the Vans Warped Tour, since that's literally where they launched their careers. Prior to this year's Warped Tour, they had already performed on four Warped Tours (2003, 2004, 2006, 2008). It's easy to say that they know what they're doing out there on the Warped Tour stage. You most likely fell in love with them from their very well known, popular single "Cupid's Chokehold". Since then, the band has co-headlined with PARAMORE, collaborated with COBRA STARSHIP, PATRICK STUMP, ADAM LEVINE and more. On June 9, 2011, Gym Class Heroes released a song entitled "Stereo Hearts" which features Adam Levine from Maroon 5. It is the first single to be released from The Papercut Chronicles II. It became available for download on iTunes on June 14, 2011.
Check it out as we talk their Warped Tour set, making people feel awkward, the band's inside jokes and more! When speaking of one of the band's inside jokes', which is to make people feel awkward, they made me the punch line ironically enjoy by saying, "Can you hold that camera for me? Just hold that camera and stand there. Uh, can you wear shoes?"
Too funny!
If you're heading out to the Warped Tour; be sure to check out the Gym Class Heroes' set!
