Chloe Moretz is literally everywhere I turn my eyeballs these days. The pint-sized teen actress has become a bona fide it girl. How do I know? Because they are now dressing her up in weird outfits and putting her on magazine covers, like this Jalouse cover which features a freakishly long-haired Moretz posed awkwardly while wearing a gold leather pleated skirt, white ankle socks with Mary Jane platforms, and what looks like a holiday bow around her neck. The 14 year old has definitely become a style force to be reckoned with, but my jury is out on this look.

Part of me thinks it's cute and part of me thinks she looks like a Christmas present for a child molester. What do you guys think? Hot or not?
