Anne Hathaway poses at the Costume Designers Guild Awards 2013 red carpet in a shiny short dress that is decorated with embroidery and small shiny squares. I definitely think that she looks great but maybe it's a bit too much like a disco ball? I love the shiny shoes and bracelet for an extra sparkle too.
