I am Agent Foxman and the government is corrupt all the way up to the White House. Everyone who is in a position to expose them is being eliminated. My contact who is leaving me the messages (spy pen, library book, chalk etching at the graveyard and the newspaper) is also on the run and trying to set up a meeting between us. My business card next to the shallow grave and voodoo doll/skull necklace were left as warnings to me from the government that they are on my tail. I go into hiding for a bit. I then return to the shallow grave and continue searching for the dead drop and my next message. I find my contacts hat and see the mask in the trees and suspect the worst. I manage to make it safely to the dead drop, but my contacts last message was the word "RUN" written in blood ... my contact has been eliminated and I am blowing in the wind !!! We had a TWLOHA Day at Nazareth! The girls could wear certain colors as accessories to show their support for mental health issues. We sold ribbon in the mornings and sold out! The day was great! We had a meeting during the D schedule and wrote letters for people in treatment. We also gave girls the chance to share why TWLOHA is important to them, why they support these issues, and/or their story. Illiteracy is like a weapon of mass destruction. Life without awareness kills. We are lucky because we know how to read, but we can’t forget about the part of the population which doesn’t have a chance to learn. Recently I saw an interesting campaign from France. This is a homemade video I put together for my lucky voodoo song "Same Old Troubles". You have heard the music, you have seen the pictures, but have you ever seen me actually play ? Well, this video is as close as you are going to come to a live Foxman performance (for now anyway). I originally wrote this song because I figured we could all use a little lucky mojo to help us through these rough times. The black pin referenced in the song is used to dispell negativity. I should also mention that there were 5 miniature Dobermans in the room with me. Eating disorders it a large enemy. Increasingly younger people is victim of anorexia and bulimia. The age isn’t barrier. This disease can touch everyone. Do you remember this time when you was a kid? You didn’t have serious problems. When you was teenager, probably too. Now we live in new “era” where everything is another. Often I see “lose” kids in today’s world. Parents had to work so hard but children are alone with the problems. We don’t know what happening in their heads and hearts. We have to know how talk more about problems. “Eating disorders are so common in America that 1 or 2 out of every 100 students will struggle with one. Each year, thousands of teens develop eating disorders, or problems with weight, eating, or body image.” -by kidshelth.org Magazines and TV love thin models. Who cares about their health? No one. For many model is like a mannequin. The mind isn’t important just image. Skinny bones are awful but for agencies are the key to riches. Luisel Ramos and Eliana Ramos( sisters), Jeremy Gillitzer, Isabelle Caro, Hila Elmalich are the most popular models which died by eating disorders but if their suffer changed something in modeling? Pro-ana one of the most hurtful community in Internet. I feel that it should to be totally banned. I’m angry when I see these blogs, web pages which promoting pro anorexia life style. It reminds me just suicide. Why countries which promoting life, don’t fight with it? Really I don’t know answer.  About anorexia: About bulimia: Where to find help?  Help someone who struggles with eating disorders is complicated. Everything what you do has a “hidden” sense. Anorexia or bulimia aren’t just in mind, but also in body. To stay alive you have to through by very long journey from hate yourself to love yourself. When something goes wrong it changes everything. A little step in bad direction and you back to the point where you started your battle. To the full recovery is needed professional help from the specialists, doctors, psychologists and family.   "Actually Family-Based Treatment has an 80-90% recovery rate" Story of a girl which battled anorexia: Sometimes even celebrities fight with eating disorders. Their battle isn’t easy because the whole world observing every their step. It can have bad influence to overcome. Self-harm it serious and dangerous problem. Often it touches kids, teenagers, prisoners or people struggling with eating disorders, depression etc Overcome isn’t easy but always we have to try. So, today I thought about share with you “The Butterfly Project”. This project is really valuable and needed. About “The Butterfly Project”: “The Butterfly Project has been created for self-harmers who feel they are ready to stop and need the motivation or support to do so.” The Rules: 1. When you feel like you want to cut, take a marker, pen, or sharpies and draw a butterfly on your arm or hand. 2. Name the butterfly after a loved one, or someone that really wants you to get better. 3. You must let the butterfly fade naturally. NO scrubbing it off. 4. If you cut before the butterfly is gone, you’ve killed it. If you dont cut, it lives. 5. If you have more than one butterfly, cutting kills all of them. 6. Another person may draw them on you. These butterflies are extra special. Take good care of them. 7. Even if you don’t cut, feel free to draw a butterfly anyways, to show your support. If you do this, name it after someone you know that cuts or is suffering right now, and tell them. It could help.
