Get The Look: Blake Lively

I hear alot of fuss about Blake Lively bring this 'awesome' style icon or something along the lines of that... hmm, I'm still undecided, some of her styles are quite boring, some are beautiful but then again fashion and style is subjective with no right or wrong. 

However, this did catch my eye and I think this outfit is pretty cute and its so basic aswell. 

Its basically a high waisted black skater skirt with a white shirt and bow, hidden beneath a yellow blazer/coat and topped off with a chunky heel boot.

Her make-up (if she is wearing any) appears to be pretty basic too, its all about clear skin and natural flush... maybe with a rosy lipstick and little eyeliner to top it off.
