As hectic as life can be, with all the responsibilities and burdens we carry, these simple statements truly do sum up the joys in life that we so easily let pass us by.

Anyways . . .

It just occured to me that yesterday was my 2 year anniversary of being a member of Buzznet. Yesterday I was also awarded a Buzznet Original title and badge. I know there's some controversy over being an OG and that's understandable. What I'd like to do is tell you a little bit about how I got here but no worries - I'll try my best not to bore you.

To make the begining of this story short, My Chemical Romance is what brought me here. Plan and simple. It was something new and I wanted to be in the thick of it. After about a year of lurking Buzznet, I finally joined. Eight months later I posted my first picture. Soon after I became obsessed with posting and was granted an unlimited posting account. One thing lead to another and I became one of the top 3 contributors in the My Chemical Romance Community and Gerard Way Community. Along the way, I met a lot of amazing people including my best friend, Ravenblackhardt. It was with her and My Chemical Romance that I started to discover that I wanted to to pursue photography.

My love for taking pictures started at an MCR show. My pictures weren't good at all but they were mine and I was very proud of them. Then, I started taking my camera with me everywhere. And along the way, I found . . .

I guess you can say that I've evolved since becoming a member back on January 10, 2006. I would like to think that it was for the better. I'd like to thank my good friend and co-worker JG for giving me his old camera, which is how all these pictures came to be. I'd also like to thank Ravenblackhardt for becoming my best friend and my greatest inspiration. Her photography skills are absolutely amazing and her photos are just magnificent. I only wish I could have half the talent she has. I'd also like to thank Seb and Funksteena for considering me for Buzznet Original. It is truly an honor. And last, but most certainly not least, I'd like to thank My Chemical Romance for bringing me here. It's true what their fans say. They inspire us to do great things and, in a way, they do safe lives.

And, for my buzznet friends. Darlings, you know I love each and every one of you! The majority of you call me Mommy and I love that you would consider me to be like a Mommy to you. Thank you, Babies! To my Sistas, you know how you are, you rock my fucking world! To my husband who I drive absolutely crazy, you deserve a medal, pickle puss! To my awesome son, who's making my hair turn white as we speak, you are my muse, my light, my little bear!

And for those of you who don't like me or don't think I deserve to be an OG, go take a long walk on a short pier. I don't have time for your shit :)

Now - Just because I'm a badger doesn't mean that I'm gonna stop posting MCR pics. Sorry. The only thing that's going to be different is that I'm going to limit my MCR posting to one day a week. The other six days are gonna me all me!

So... we all remember voting every day on the MTV Europe Music Awards 2007, but they continued with the "EMA's Poll" for the favorite of the winners...  They didn't post a final voting date on this, but it still accepts 3 votes per day.

30STM was in the lead until today!  We'd been approx 3000 in the lead for quite some time now, but I think with the holidays & all the other voting *ahem **FUSE!** ahem* this may have been overlooked.

When I voted today, TOKIO HOTEL was 71 votes in the lead!!!!!  This was the voting rival thru all the initial process... please don't let them take control of this poll after all the work everyone has done so far!!! 

You can vote 3 times per day (from whatever computer you're at, that is!) - If everyone votes the next day or two we should be well in the lead again before popping the champagne corks to ring-in 2008!!!
