Who Should Play Finnick In Hunger Games: Catching Fire?

So I've been recently reading Catching Fire, the sequel to the Hunger Games, and love the handsome character of Finnick. Suzanne Collins describes his glowing blonde hair and tight muscles, anything to make a girl tremble. All I could think of, is who is going to play this gorgeous, attractive male in the upcoming sequel to the movie of the Hunger Games, Catching Fire. So finally, after searching the whole of the internet, I've came up with a few possible hunks that I would like to see portray this character. Who would you most like to see play Finnick?
