I would say that it is. *IF* my memory serves, the last in-game post was sent to us the day before the original movie premiered. There has been no word from Agent X or Dr. Howard since then. On 07/06/2008, Risingdragon posted a message to the forums stating that:

Besides people poking thier heads in and asking if anything's happened, the site is pretty much played it's role. It was definitely fun while it lasted!
Hope to see you all at the theaters when RotF comes out!
