This IS the song of the summer because it reminds me of the BEST time that I spent this summer with my friends and dancing to this song whenever it came on.It reminds you that having a good time in the summer shouldn't be a crime...it should be something that people can enjoy and dance to.Also everyday in the summer should be a big party,not just being in the house all summer.Also people put their own versions on YouTube to show people what a "Party in the USA" should really look like.This is by far a feelgood song of the summer that you can turn up in any room,and it doesn't matter what state your from either.Even if you don't like Miley that much,it's still something to dance too!
