OKay! as promised, here are the details on how to make it!

1a. ZACH EFFRON IS ONLY THERE TO SERVE AS A SOLID SURFACE. he was in the dollar section at target. That is all.

1b. With george facing up, fold the bottom of the bill up to the margin on the back of the bill.
2. fold the top down to the fold you've just made.
3. fold the new top down to the edge as well, hot-dog style.
4. flip the bill over so you can read the "one dollar side"
5. fold a triangle so that the edge is HALF WAY IN-BETWEEN the "N" in "oNe"
6. fold that triangle over itself.
7. fold the margin on the far side next to the number 1 behind. (you can do this later, its just easier now)
8. hold the bill as shown in the video and wrap the number 1 end around until the eagle (proud and majestic) is lined up with the vertical flap.
9. fold the vertical flap down
10. fold the number 1 flap over, and tuck the flap you folded in step 7 under the vertical flap you just folded down.
11. continue to wrap the vertical flap under the ring. there should be a triangle under there that you can tuck the loose flap into. if there isn't, go back a few steps. in all likelihood you wrapped it the wrong way.
12. wear that ring with pride you pimp!

if the ring is to small (it likely will be) position it right on you knuckle, then bend you knuckle repeatedly. this will either stretch the fibers in the bill, thus making it bigger (unlikely) OR will make the folds tighter and the ring looser (Likely!!)
