What questions would you like to see addressed in the future?

Quite a few of the QOTDs have been user-generated and I'd like more to be in the future. What would you like to discuss?

Drop your ideas here!

Please do NOT discuss the answer to any of the questions people suggest. I need to sift through this to keep track of all the suggestions.

Hmm...

Maybe people just want the weekend to think this one over.

Is the Bush Administration secretly performing a form of genocide by recruiting military from within poor communities?

Well how can I say this… I am an outsider however this is a question that I toy with in regard to the Bush Administration. I might be way off target however I am curiouse what some American's think.

My Point:

The United States is currently at War with a few countries in the Middle East. I personally believe that during a civil war the United States should just back away and see what the Iraqi people do instead of imperialistically exploiting the country. However does the Bush Administration have a hidden agenda? America is at an apex dealing with over population and poverty. Most military recruiters are sent into poor neighborhoods. Poorer neighborhoods also have an extreme disadvantage in regard to education since a school is funded by local taxes. There is no such thing as a “standard education” in the States. They glamorize the military to attract young people and obviously there are a lot of young people dying in a futile war.

I believe North Korea being the only Country possessing a true threat. The other Countries are just imperialistic exploits to collect Oil from in the pretence under bringing democracy to the “uncivilized”.

What about this emo thing. What is it and why does everyone hate it so much? I thought emo was basically being in 8th grade, awkward, and filled with angst and unrequited love. You know, "the person I love (who doesn't even know you exist) just broke my heart by getting a new love, all my poetry/stories/music/thoughts are about tragedy and the hopelessness of love, suicide and cutting are heroic and noble choices and black clothing is just who I am." Am I missing something here? Isn't it just adolescence? And since when does being "emo" hit the same level as say, being a nazi? I guess I don't understand the vitriol that people regard these kids with. And they are just kids. So, what's the deal....

OK, since Lexi posted that photo of a coffee cup with "Sex & Ch..." on it, I've been wondering, does anyone think that drinking coffee is as unhealthy as the 50+ crowd would have one believe? How many cups (or pots) per day would be healthy? And what does sex have to do with coffee, anyway?
Sex and coffee on a Sunday morning??? Best way to start the day...

I don't know what all the talk is about this elmo thing, either. What's the matter with it, and why does everyone hate it so much?

I thought elmo was basically a toy for those under the 8th grade, happy, and filled with joy and hope. You know, "I love my new Elmo TMX!" Am I missing something here? Isn't it just kids having fun? And since when does "elmo" have anything to do with being a Nazi, unless you're talking about the people who allocate the Elmo TMX to be sent to the stores? I guess I also don't understand the vitriol that people regard these kids who love Elmo with. And they are just kids. So, yes, what's the deal...

Wait a sec... you said "emo" and not "Elmo?"

Sorry, better go put my glasses on now...
