QOTD: What's good concert etiquette?

You're at a show. What's polite? What's rude? When should you stage dive? HOW should you stage dive? Is crowd surfing ok? When can you place your elbow between someone's shoulder blades and rest it there for an hour? (The answer: NEVER, YOU SOD.)

Give people advice about how to be respectful at shows!
