QOTD: What makes a "Buzzmaker" to you?

Suggested by Johnnynotsid! I always enjoy QOTDs about our community.

In light of the bizarre bouts of e-drama that this site is experiencing, I thought I'd open up conversation about this place again. This always seems to be proactive and I'd rather here from you guys about this kind of thing.

What qualities make up a Buzzmaker to you? What qualities don't? Do you think that the Buzzmakers on the site should be chosen from the general audience or should they be existing "celebrities"? How do you feel about the program in general?
