Chapter 27

- You know where she is don't you? Mr. Williams asked, Christina immediatly regretted what she had told.
- No, i have no idea! Christina snapped trying to hide her nervousness, she just run away, maybe she's just lost, i don't know! she begun to pass back and force in the room.
- It's only your fault, Marta looked at her sister and her husband, she must've been really in love with that boy and-
- Enough, i know what's going on here, Mr. Williams said calmly, Christina froze at her spot and looked at him worriedly.
- We're going on home, c'mon, he said to his wife, i know what is better for my daughter Martha, i'm sorry, he said briefly and wallked out.
- I'm so dissapointed in you, Mrs. Williams shook her head and glanced at her sister than at Christina, why can't you just understand that, she shook her head and left after her husband.
- Oh my gosh, Christina whispered, her mother gave her a worried look.
- You know where she is don't you? she asked her daughter, Christina bit at her lip.
- I won't be angry just tell me did you planned this?
- We, all did, Christina said heistantly, mom, i beg you don't tell them!
- I won't, i promise, her mother said, is she at last safe?
- Yes she is safe with him, they are so happy, Christina whispered tears ready to spill as she thought about Hayley's parents possibly finding her and Josh, i need to, i need to go, she said and qickly skipped up the stairs. With her heart beating feriously she picked up her cell phone and dealed Hayley's number glancing out of the window at Hayley's parents car driving down the street.


- I promise, i would come to visit you, Jeremy whispered and hugged Tabitha, she sighed and hugged him back.
- It's so hard leaving you, she whispered and looked up at him than giggled.
- What's wrong? he chuckled and brushed his fingers through her blond hair, shaking her head Tabitha kissed him softly.
- I will miss you, she sighed and kissed him back, both pulled away with a deep sigh, i have to go, Thabitha reminded, Jeremy nodded and kissed her forehead before letting go. Thabitha walked into the train and sat down near the window, as the train begun to move she waved to Jeremy and he did the same, soon he was out of view and Thabitha felt her heart aching. She really fell in love but she was also affraid of her own feelings, she was scared because she knew she really loved him.

- Alex, door! Alexa's father called out from down the stairs, i hope it's not about something that she did again, he muttered giving Mr. Williams a look.
- No, no, don't worry, Mr. Willimas smiled, the man shrugged and walked into the kitchen.
- Gosh, who is that again? Alexa muttered as she run her hands throgh her black hair and walked down the stairs.
- Alexa, right? Mr. Williams asked, she froze than a smile spread across her lips, she quckly skipped down the stairs.
- I was right, than, she smiled, her hazel eyes getting brighter.
- I need your help to find my daughter or more precisely to find that disgusting boy who stole her away from us.
- With pleasure, Alexa shispered and rubbed her hands together.

- Mom? Thabitha called out as she walked into her house, she knew she would have to play a role and really didn't want to mess up for Josh, Hayley's and their baby's sake, hello, anybody home?
- Honey, what are you doing here? her mother demanded confused as she walked down the stairs, Thabitha smiled weakly and chewed into her lip, she dropped her bag into the floor and run up to her mother.
- Oh my gosh, honey, what happened? her mother asked as Thabitha hugged her tight and begun to cry.
- What's going on here? Thabitha's father asked as he walked out of his office, Thabitha? he asked confused, are you back, already?
- I hate him! Thabitha cried out as she pulled away from her mother and run her hand through her hair.
- What did he do? her father roared, if he hurt you, i -
- I don't want to talk to him anymore, i don't even want to hear about him anymore, it's over! Thabitha yelled and run up the stairs.
- Honey! her mother called out and followed after her, Thabitha's father sighed deeply and shook his head, just when he was about to walk into the living room the doorbell rang. Thabitha's father pulled the door open and frowned as he saw a girl standing on the front porch of their house.
- Hello, is Thabitha home? the black haired girl asked smiling to him.
- She is, he replayed and saw a car parked near their driveway.
- I'm her classmate, the girl smiled, i just forgot my mathbook and-
- Of course, come in, he said too annoyed with other problems to hear her out.
- Thanks, the girl smiled and walked in than up the stairs, she made her way to the room that she assumed was Thabitha's but stopped in her tracks when she overheard the conversation inside.
- How could he do this to you, he seemed like such a nice boy.
- I know mom, Thabitha sniffed, but he only played with my heart, she mumbled, i hate him, she hissed before bursting into tears again.
- So where is he now?
- He left me on my own for the most of the time and when he came back, we fought and i decided to leave, Thabitha muttered, i know that he probably cheated on me.
A large grin spread across the girls face, she quickly turned on her hill and run down the stairs.
- Bye! she flashed a smile to Thabitha's father and run out of the house not letting him say anything.


- They lied to me, they weren't even dating! Alexa excalimed, Mrs. Williams rubbed her temples.
- Well where are they now? she cried out.
- Somebody has to know where Josh left! Alexa excliamed and groaned in frustration, i saw Josh packing a lot of his stuff into a truck, so ugh,i can't believe they lied to me, that Thabitha's a real-
- Enough yelling, Mr. Williams snapped, it's not really helping here!
- Well- Alexa mumbled, you want your daughter back don' t you? she asked with a small smirk.
- That's excatly what we want, Mr. Williams said.
- I think that we just need to call the police and-
- No, they will put Josh in jail! Alexa cut off Mrs. Williams who started at her blankly.
- So? she asked motionlessly.
- I love him okay, Alexa muttered.
- He deserves to be in prison, Mr. Williams simply said.
- Excuse me but it's your daughter who stole my boyfriend, Alexa said crossing her arms over her chest.
- Christina knows where Hayley is, Mr. Williams muttered, she, ugh damn it, i'm calling the police.
- No, Alexa cried out, let me find them! she exclaimed.
- I have no time-
- Please! Alexa begged, please, she whispered tearfully.
- Fine but i'm giving you only five hours than i will call the police and your boyfrined will get what he deserves, Mr. Williams muttered; Alexa glanced at him with fear before quickly leaving the Williams house and heading back to Thabitha's.

Thabitha quickly run down the stairs and looked at her father with confusion.
- Dad, did somebody came? she asked.
- Yes, some girl from your class, she said she needed to, he scrached the back of his neck, anyways, i let her in and than she quickly left.
- Did she told you her name? Thabitha asked slowly.
- Um, no, her father said, i guesses she was from your school.
- Okay thanks dad, Thabitha said and chewed into her lip.
- Would you tell us what happened exactly with that boy? her father asked seriously.
- That's, she bit into her lip even more, he cheated on me, i just, i don't want to talk about this right now, it's too painful, she whispered and looked down.
- He's going to get what he deserves, her father muttered pulling his daughter into a hug.
- I hope dad, Thabitha whispered before pulling back and quickly running up the stairs and into her room.

Josh smiled to himself as he overlooked the small living room of their apartment after him and Hayley spend a three hours decorating it.
- I've got the star, Hayley grinned as she pulled out a red shiny glass star out of the box, Josh quickly walked over to Hayley and grabbed her waist.
- You're not climbing on that chair to put it on the top of the tree, he warned, Hayley rolled her eyes.
- Josh, it's ridiculous, look at the heigh of our Christmas tree, she nodded her head up, i don't even need a chair for that.
- I don't care, gimme that, Josh said.
- No! Hayley snapped, i want to hang it on the top, she said stubornly and tried to pull out of Josh's grip, Josh, she hissed.
- I won't let you, he said calmly grabbing into her hand and taking the chair behind them with his free hand, Hayley frowned.
- Climb, he sighed, chuckling under her breath Hayley climbed on the chair and placed the star on the top of their christmas tree, perfect, she whispered gasping as Josh wrapped his arms around her waist pulling her down from the chair. and into his arms.
- Mommy just can't stand still, can't she, Josh chuckled under his breath, Hayley smiled glacing down at his hands on her baby bump.
- But daddy will make sure to take care of me, don't worry, Hayley whispered and laughed as Josh spun her around and kissed her lips. The sudden ringing of Hayley's phone broke them apart, Hayley smiled and grabbed the phone from the table.
- That must me Chris, she grinned and answered the call without carring about the called ID.
- Hello! she grinned.
- Hayley, it's Thabitha, listen to me, Alex knows that i'm back and i think that she knows something more, you really need to be careful, no, i think you need to hide somewhere-
- Hold on Thab, Hayley said calmly although her heart was beating like crazy, did she spoke to you? Josh quickly grabbed the phone from Hayley's hands.
- Thabitha's what's going on? he asked.
- Josh, Alex, i think she knows something, she came here but-
- Thab, what? Josh asked impatient but she didn't speak.


- Well you look kind of pale, Alexa smirked as she quickly shut the door behind her.
- What are you doing here? Thabitha hissed still holding her phone pressed to her ear.
- Just came to say hi...to Josh, she smiled and walked towards Thabitha, where is he by the way? she asked and before Thabitha knew it Alexa snached the phone from her hand.
- Thab, is she there? Josh asked quietly.
- Yes, i am here, and where are you Joshi? Alexa asked as she recognized Josh's voice on the other line.
