Band Of The Month:March '09:Armor For Sleep

Armor For Sleep happens to be one of my very faveorite bands, ever. They got songs for practally everything under the yellow sun. Stalking, revenge, death. But it also how they run it together. The drums, bass, and guitar mesh well together, that it casues for great songs to happen. Ben Jorgenson(the lead singer)happens to convey the emotion of the song, in his voice very well. Not only that but Ben's lyrics will send shivers up and down your spine the more you listen to them. Armor For Sleep is slighty eerie, but in a way that will make you want to listen to them again and again. They're what you're looking for when you want to listen to something good on a rainy day, when you're stuck inside. But don't be fooled by the slightly dark lyrics, these guys can be regular goofballs. Which makes them even more great, the fact that they can sing/play such eerie songs, yet find the funniest thing in the day. I have yet to seen them live/meet any of them, but I am told that they are amazing/sweet. Armor For Sleep, can match any mood, you happen to be in with a song that makes you want to indulge in being an Armor fan even more then you already are. You can pull up any of their cd's and just listen away while doing normal things(like being on Buzznet.). A lot of people can identify with their lyrics, which means that they just have to be plain out amazing. Also, they have a pretty spiffy name!

You can check them out here:

They do have a Buzznet, but they are hardly ever on, so yeah.

So folks, discuss Armor and this crappy write-up that didn't do them justice. List your faveorite song/moment/video/lyric. Just fill this with good Armor For Sleep Fun. Or oppose it and say why you don't like Armor.(Keep it clean and don't put down anybody's opinions)

great choice! :]

my favorite moment was when i saw them live, and this obnoxious guy kept trying to convince them to play "Very Invisible" and ben was trying to convince him that he didn't know it and every time they ended a song, the guy would yell "Very Invisible!" and Ben would laugh and say 'no'.
