I really like these birds! all those colors on them are a explosion of happiness! Here Im visiting The Mini Zoo, a little zoo inside the big one special for kids. Here there are some free baby animals so kids could interact with them, like this parrot, of course kids cant touch it =)

The Scarlet Macaw (Ara macao) is a large, colorful macaw. It is native to humid evergreen forests in the American tropics. Range extends from extreme south-eastern Mexico to Amazonian Peru, Bolivia and Brazil in lowlands up to 500 m (1,640 ft) (at least formerly) up to 1,000 m (3,281 ft).

In our jungle there are places called "colpas". The Colpas are Geolólogicas are formations where they congregate large numbers of parrots and other animals to eat the clay walls of the canyons rich in minerals. You cant imagine the amazing show you can see there. Hundreds of beautiful and colorful Macaws eating on the rocks.. and flying aroudn... its amazing!
