It's pouring again today after only 2 dry days - I am fed up with all this rain now! To console myself after taking Hovis for a wet walk I tried a new recipe I saw online for Salted Caramel Cupcakes and they came out pretty good - though I will probably tweak the recipe a bit next time I make them!
