Dior: Life After John Galliano

Since John Galliano's dismissal from his position as Lead Designer for the notorious high fashion label, Christian Dior, in 2011 after the whole 'Making Racist Remarks' fiasco - It seems as though Dior as a label has been keeping quiet. Up until now of course!

With the new release of Dior's latest Fall/Winter 2012/2013 collection, it's no doubt that all eyes were on the pieces as much as they were the new designer, Bill Gaytten!

The latest collection has a certain classic and almost 'vintage' feel to it. Amazing pieces none the less, but not quite as 'whimsical' as Galliano's usual attire and designs. Of course, you cannot compare one designer to another as each is an individual as will be their collections. I personally find Bill Gattyen's far more wearable for everyday than Galliano's.
