My New Town

I've lived here for a little over a year now and is about time you get the review.

This is a part of Downtown.

Long Beach has some amazing art just about everywhere, this town has a very hippie vibe to it, sure if you just drive by and see it from your car it does look very urban and (if you are form the Orange County) a little scary but living here and walking its streets is a whole different story, there is a huge artsy district and the efforts to revamp the downtown area have been very successful.



As a part of the County of Los Angeles I feel sometimes Long Beach gets forgotten, being sort of a  geographic and zoning anomaly it sits between the 22 and 405 freeways just out of reach from Orange County but far enough from L.A. to make Angelinos think twice about making the drive.

Long Beach should be its own County

It has a great Post Office

Long Beach even has its very own Legend :)
