England-Lady! Feebee is also supportive by wanting to take you on looooooong walks. I have no particular advice but it's definitely good to not even buy the stuff that you shouldn't eat (too bad for the Stuser). I'll be checking on you... so you better stick to it! :)

P.S.: I'm starting teaching this week! 10th grade in English, 6th grade in German. I may show some of your vids in class for British pronunciation...

Katy! I use this food journal i downloaded and printed off of fitsugar.com. It has you cross of the servings of veggies and fruit you eat per day, as well as how much water you drink. It has very little to do with "forbidding" any foods or counting calories, which I like... but I find that what I buy at the grocery store changed when I had this chart in mind.

Oh, and trying to fulfill the recommended servings of fruits and veggies (it's like a game to me, I feel pleased each time I x out a box) actually fills you up quite a bit, so that whatever else you choose to eat, well, you havent got much room for it.
