Set In Motion - Chapter Nine.

When I woke up in the morning. I stretched, and accidently hit the person I was laying with. I wondered what happened last night... I remember coming out of the bar, and puking my guts out... Maybe it was Patrick who took me back to his hotel room? I looked at the person was sleeping quietly next to me, and my eyes went wide, and my stomach went into knots. I blinked a few times, and rubbed my eyes. Did I sleep with Alex Gaskarth last night? Fuck.. Fuck.. Fuck.. Fuck!

I uncovered myself with the blankets, and tried my best to stay quiet, and be light on my feet. I quickly put on my clothes, and unlocked the hotel room door, and sneaking out and into the hall, accidently bumping into someone. I looked up and saw Patrick.

Fuck!

"There you are!" he said, and smiled at me, "We were looking for you." Than he looked at the door I just walked out of, "You were in Alex's room?"

I tensed up a bit, and itched the back of my head, "From what I could remember, I was super, super drunk last night, and he took me back to his room, and I guess I just crashed on his bed, because when I woke up in the morning he was laying flat on the ground--" 

"It's good you're safe." He said, and put his hands on my shoulder

I smiled, and quickly walked past him.

"Where you going!?" He called out, but I just kept walking.

I can't believe I let this happen. When I got to Rian's room, I started banging on his door. "Rian! Rian!"

I heard a groan, and something fall, than the door opened.

"What is it?" He yawned, and I felt tears run down my face now, I couldn't help it. I know just felt like a rotten person!

"I need to go home!" I said abruptly.

"Why?"

"Rian. Jus' cause. Please!" I begged him through tears.

My mind was freaking out. 

"No." He said

"Well, I don't care what you say, I'm leaving--"

"Ashliee, why this time?"

"I can't tell you."

"Why not?"

"Because, you'll hate me." I said looking down

I felt a hand go on my shoulder, and I looked up, and he hugged me, "I could never hate you."

"Really?"

He nodded, "Yes. Now tell me."

I blinked a few times, before taking a deep breath, "Last night at the bar, or.. Not even at the bar... I went back to the hotel, with Alex--"

"Alex!?" He yelled, and I flinched a bit, "Why did you go back with him!?"

Now people came out of there rooms to watch, every band was out here, and watching our 'conversation'.

"Because I was drunk!" I yelled, "I didn't want to go back to the room with him! It. Just. Happened!"

"What did you guys do?" Rian asked seriously, and I heard a door shut, and looked up to see Alex, staring at me wide-eyed. I looked back down and felt shame, guilt rise in my stomach, I felt razorblades in my stomach, like they were cutting up my insides, was I to tell him what happened? I stayed silent, and decided I'd keep my mouth shut, tears streaming off my face.

"I could never hate you, but you make stupid fucking descisions." He said, and walked back into his room, slamming the door. I looked at the door, and put my hands together, and wiped my eyes, before I walked away. I felt a hand grab my hand, and I looked back at Patrick.

"I'm sorry Patrick, but I can't be with you." I said, and pulled away from him, and walked into my hotel room, and grabbed my bags, and started packing the clothes that were on the ground and placing them neatly in my bag. My stomach was hurting and I felt nautieous. Soon, I was crying again, when I heard my door open, I automatically assumed it was Patrick.

"Pat, just leave me be." I said wiping away some more tears, and putting another shirt in the bag.

"Well, I'm not Patrick."  

I turned around and saw Alex. "Go away." I said, and turned back to my bags, I saw his hand go on my left hand, and I looked up at him.

"Please, don't go." He said than he cleared his voice, "For Rian, and Zack, and Jack's case.."

"Alex, let's forget about last night, all right?" I said feeling my breath evaporate

"But--"

"It's already forgotten." I said, and conjured up the best smile I could give him, "It's probably what you came to tell me, to forget about what happened last night. Don't worry."

"Ashliee.." He said, and I looked at him, and he sighed, "That's exactly what I wanted to talk to you about." 

With one more look at me, I heard him sigh again and he walked out.

Fourty minutes later, I was out of the hotel, and on a flight back home.
