For as long as I've been into photography a goal I have had was to take a picture of a lightening strike at night, and today I was able to do it! (and not a bad view either, eh?)

this is a great shot... I too hope to someday get lightening but its really not that easy...I like the lightening amongst the buildings.

lightning are so fun to try to do, but hard to capture. i got a couple when i was on vacation, however, they didn't turn out well since i didn't have a tripod.
