the medieval faire was so much fun! however, sad part: i forgot part of my costume and couldn't be a fairy! well it also was so hot outside that it's a good thing i didn't show up in a long skirt and a corset, i would have sweated straight through it!

so when we got there, i bought a scarf that had jingly things all over it, very gypsy looking. and i wore a flower headpiece that i made, so i was still slightly dressed up!

when we got there, michael bought horns, and we got a gigantic lemonade and walked around for a few hours. we watched a man blow glass into a goblet and it was such a cool process! but sitting near that made us even hotter! 

i can't wait for the renaissance festival here closer to me.  that opens september 1st, so it's always a lot cooler which is nice. my best friend sandra is going to that one with me, and we're going to dress up! so i promise to take pictures there :)
