Perciatelli is pasta just like spaghetti but it's like a straw instead of being solid. I made this for dinner wednesday night the pasta is layered with spaghetti sauce that I combined with cooked ground turkey and onions. Also between the layers I put mozzarella and white cheddar cheese. I topped it off with olive oil and oregano and then baked. The key to good Italian is Cheddar cheese most people would never think that but it brings out the flavor : )
