Demi Lovato has been through a ton of stuff over the past couple years, and MTV Buzzworthy announced that there will be a hour long doctumentary film on her "Stay Strong" attitude on March 6 at 10PM. 

The trailer shows Demi getting ready for tour while talking about her emotional personal struggles with depression and an eating disorder.
