Ever since Demi Lovato left rehab late January, she's pretty much kept to herself... that is, until now. Over the weekend, Demi posted a heartfelt and moving video to her fans expressing her gratitude over the kind words of support during her tough time. 

"Hey guys, it's me, Demi. I wanted to send you guys a message 'cause I know that you've seen me out and about and I wanted to let you know that I am back and home. Welcome to my home. But I wouldn't be here today if it wasn't for the support that you've given me along the way," she says in the vid, posted on Cambio.com. 

"I read [all of it] and your support is what got me through this. So I couldn't be more thankful for everything you guys sent me. The journey that I've been on has been very, very difficult over the past few months," she explained, never specifically revealing why she had gone into treatment.

"I was dealing with issues that I know not only girls just my age but girls of all ages are dealing with. I hope to one day raise awareness of everything, so that I can help people too, just like you guys helped me through this rough time.

"I can't tell you how much light you brought into my life in probably the darkest time of my life," she continued. "Without you guys I wouldn't be here today."

She also said that she has some big work announcements soon. "I wanted to let you guys know that I'm excited to get back to work. I can't wait to tell you guys what the future holds," she said. "I can't wait to see you in person. I love you all and I couldn't have done this without you."

So good to see Demi so happy and well! Demi, you go girl!
