Sorry that i haven`t been on much,but i have been in the swamps,bogs and wetland systems locating some of michigans rarest flowers.  The monkey flower is the 2nd rarest to michigan. it grows in only 3 counties and there are only 17 known locations of them in those counties. the hardest part is no one shares information on where they are at. They grow in running water,but the water has to be spring fed so the land around them is a very delicate eco-system.
