Kim Kardashian Divorce: Why They Split and The Actual Docs!
So everyone who's anyone (even those who don't watch much TV like me) knew about the lavish $10 million fairy tale wedding for Kim Kardashian and Kris Humphries. This was broadcasted on E! Networks and possibly other celebrity-centered channels worldwide. I, however, couldn't watch more than 5 minutes of the program. Why? Because as soon as I saw how Kris and Kim reacted to each other I thought, "Hmm... I don't think this will work out for them." Do I need to say I was right?

Actress/model/whatever-she-is Kim Kardashian filed for divorce and as of today (October 31, 2011) the couple are separated. Here's what's so interesting: Kim wants the court to reject any attempt Kris may have to gain any kind of reconciliation from her. They agreed on a prenuptial agreement.

How TMZ got those, I have NO idea. Note to self: never become a celebrity.
The reason they split? You won't believe it and I think it's complete BULL. Kim's sources say they split because she didn't want to move to Minnesota, Kris' hometown. The first 5 minutes I watched from that too lavish and apparently unneccesary wedding showed Kim saying she wanted to "settle down" and have 4 kids.... FOUR! But according to her sources she wanted to stay close to home and stay focused on her career - which isn't really settling down. They should have thought about this before the wedding.

My diagnosis: The above is a lie. They weren't really in love, at least not on Kim's part. Everyone knows that when a woman is really in love she'll do anything and moving away from home shouldn't completely destroy whatever her "career" is. She's too deep into the lavish living of Cali and her status. The wedding may have just been another publicity stunt. However, it is possible that they were infatuated with each other, so much that they didn't see they weren't a perfect fit. *Sigh* Such is life.
Also, Kim cut the honeymoon short. They were married on August 20th and had their honeymoon that weekend. Why would she do that? MTV Awards were that weekend and she just HAD to go. She's not a performer, not nominated for anything. More than likely, she used him so she could have the experience of a "fairy tale" wedding and earn some big bucks at the same time. Well, in a way it is like a fairy tale. You don't usually see anything after the wedding kiss; you're stuck there thinking the "Happily Ever After" ending is the truth.
They were married for about 2 months. Currently Twitter is trending this like crazy. #ThingsLongerThanKimsMarriage? Sleeves on a tank top and Rick Ross' ad-libs "UGH!"
