Britney’s personal Trainer, Tony Martinez, says Brit’s in tip-top shape for the third leg of her “Piece Of Me” show thanks to her hard workout ethic and proper diet.
“She is all about portion size right now,” Tony tells Life & Style, adding that she eats between 1200 – 1600 calories per day. “And she loves salads, broccoli, asparagus, kale — she likes anything green.”
Brit can get real A.D.D. like most the Britney Army, so Tony keeps her training sporadic. That includes basketball, tennis and climbing fences.
“She feels good because her clothes feel different,” he added. “They are looser on her. I’d rather go that route than push her to weigh a certain amount.”
