Yesterday we had a huge party at my house to celebrate all of the May birthdays and of course, Memorial Day. Because I have such a large family, we have eight birthdays to celebrate just this month. Instead of having a separate party for each, we just combine them together during Memorial Day weekend. Since I wanted to do something really fun, I decided to make ice cream cone cupcakes. Everyone has been obsessed with them lately and after making them, I know why. 

They're so easy to make and they're delicious! Not to mention they look absolutely adorable. My whole family loved them and I know for a fact I'm going to make them for every family party in the future. But next time I'll make sure to put them in a more sturdy pan or something since one fell in the dirt when I set them outside on the table haha. The others kind of toppled over and messed up.  But oh well! I learned from my mistake!
