After a light rain tonight we had a double rainbow!  I ran for my camera!  I have to thank Andy for his ideas of how to shoot this! I have always loved the Biblical belief that a rainbow is a promise! In today's world, the rainbow is another kind of promise!  I believe in my country and I believe in the fulfillment of every citizen's rights!
